It is apparent that the stretcher job at last’s night Survivor Series is so Rey Mysterio can have his surgery. He is really hoping that he does not have to miss Wrestlemania 26.

Batista defeated Rey Mysterio, once Rey was said to not be able to continue with the match
Before the match, a package is shown, starting from Batista’s rage at Bragging Rights. Then shows the weekly events following.
Rey made his entrance first. Lots of fans in masks. Then Batista came out.
It first started with Batista out of the ring, after I nice kick by Rey. Then Rey is out, and Batista starts slamming him. Both go back in the ring, and Batista has control after a mean clothesline. Then….
“As proven on SmackDown, Rey is not only quick on his feet, but he is quick thinking as well with him altering his plans to take down Batista after Mysterio won his match by disqualification Friday night.”
Tyson Kidd with Natalya defeated Rey Mysterio via disqualification.
Batista came out to be a special commentator for Rey’s and Tyson Kidd’s match. Rey came out, greeted a bunch of fans, and stared at Batista. Rey got a pretty nice pop. Tyson came out, with Natalya only. Tyson threw Rey into the corner, when things started. Rey went on the top rope, only to get stuck and allowed Tyson to take control. Natalya was at ringside, and Batista at the table. Rey is thrown into corner, and Tyson still has control. Batista isn’t talking at all, and Rey is trying to fight out of Tyson’s hold. Rey gained control, and started whipping Tyson around, got a nice rollover with a kick, and went for a two count. Then…
Rey wasn’t featured on WWE Superstars, however there was a very long promo building up the match between Rey Mysterio and Batista. Really good, and played from the start of the feud, showing Batista attacking Rey, and the signing, and so on.
In recent posts, I discussed how Rey needs to have surgery on his knee. It has been brought up that if he does get it done, then he would be out for at least six months ! However, Rey’s putting it off, which is a bad idea, seeing how he is in a lot of pain, and this can lead to longer time being out, and bigger problems in the future.
Why is Rey procrastinating from surgery ? He finally likes the way they’re using him against Batista, and he does not want WWE to rush through the storyline. He currently does not plan to take time out, and isn’t scheduled to go under the knife. But, with the knee in a bad state already, how long can Rey put off the surgery?

Here are the spoilers for this week’s Friday Night Smackdown, which would be aired on Friday, November 20. They were taped last night, Tuesday, November 17. Highlight below to view the spoilers.
Rey Mysterio fought Tyson Kidd which was a apparent no-contest. Kidd was strong first, then Rey made a comeback. When Rey dialed the 619, Kidd dashes out of the line of fire. Mysterio was set to dive, once he climbed the turnbuckle but Batista threw Kidd out of the way. Ref called for the bell, and there was no announcement. Rey attacked Batista, when Batista went to go attack him, Rey was a step ahead, and dodged it.
On Monday Night Raw, there will be a special three hour show, celebrating the wonderful holiday of Thanksgiving. Rey Mysterio is said to be one of the superstars from the blue brand to make an appearance. So make sure to tune your TV onto Monday Night Raw on this upcoming Monday, on the hit cable network – USA!

November 14, 2009 – Rey Mysterio defeated Dolph Ziggler.
In Dublin, England, Rey Mysterio defeated Dolph Ziggler in what was said to be a good match. Rey was going great with the fans, and was said to have the second highest pop(chants) with the fans. A few nice spots were hit in the match, and Rey was very quick in the ring.
